Martin Moore has unveiled its new Legacy Vitae collection at WOW!house 2026 as part of its kitchen room collaboration with Samantha Bartlett Interiors.
Combining Martin Moore’s expertise in handcrafted, bespoke furniture with Samantha Bartlett’s refined, tactile approach to interiors, the WOW!house 2026 collaboration reflects a shared passion for craftsmanship, artisanal skill, and luxurious materials, creating beautifully considered spaces for modern living.
Together, they present a kitchen concept developed not simply as a functional environment, but as an immersive and emotionally resonant living space at the heart of the home.

Fundamental to the scheme is the latest evolution of Martin Moore’s Legacy collection, Legacy Vitae. Originally conceived to celebrate the brand’s golden anniversary and first unveiled at WOW!house 2024, this new chapter builds on the original Legacy design through fluid curves, refined detailing, and layered contemporary finishes.
Bridging heritage and innovation, Legacy Vitae debuts three previously unseen linear-grained fumed oak finishes—Umbra, Mocha, and Alabaster—developed exclusively for the launch.
Rich in tonal variation and depth, these bespoke finishes showcase the natural character of fumed oak, elevating its distinctive grain into a defining decorative feature that brings warmth, texture, and character to the collection.

Softly curved architectural forms bring fluidity and sculptural elegance to the kitchen, while carefully considered joinery and seamless transitions between surfaces demonstrate the brand’s mastery of furniture-making. The fluidity of the cabinetry’s design is balanced by its material integrity, with every element meticulously handcrafted in Martin Moore’s Yorkshire workshop using traditional techniques and state-of-the-art technology.
Designed as both a functional workspace and social hub, the kitchen layout unfolds as an integrated cooking, dining, and living environment, effortlessly adapting from convivial evenings with friends to relaxed family breakfasts and informal gatherings. Everyday rituals are elevated through intuitive design that responds fluidly to mood, movement, and time of day.
Craftsmanship & Key Features
On entering the room, the focal point is a custom Fiorentina oven and High Dome hood in a delicate Matcha Green finish with Satin Nickel handles and trims by Officine Gullo. These statement appliances are framed by deep drawer cabinets in Alabaster fumed oak, thoughtfully designed to provide generous storage for pans and cooking utensils.
Opposite the cooking zone, a sculptural island with sweeping curved edges creates a striking focal point, echoing the oval design language carried throughout the room and reflected in the coffered domed ceiling above. Alongside the elongated wet zone, Gaggenau’s innovative, precision-engineered fridge and freezer are encased in Umbra fumed oak, subtly complementing the richly veined Verde Natura quartzite worktop and splashback.
A statement oval dining table by Tom Faulkner, reworked to Samantha’s design, sits beside a capacious glazed wine store framed in dark Mocha fumed oak cabinetry with bespoke storage for bottles, glassware, ice buckets, and decanters. Lit from within, the wine store is paired with a concealed breakfast cupboard incorporating a microwave and drinks sink, carefully designed to support the ease and rhythm of family living.

Drawing on the principles of biophilic design, the material palette and interior scheme foster a deeper connection to the natural world through organic elements such as wood and stone, enriched with ornamental detailing inspired by botanical forms and patterns.
Reinforcing the relationship between interior and exterior living, elegant doors crafted by CMD Bespoke and designed by Samantha Bartlett open directly onto the outdoor terrace.
Botanical-inspired Ivy chandeliers by Porta Romana introduce a sculptural softness, while a lighting scheme created by Homeplay in partnership with John Cullen and Lutron creates a layered and atmospheric lighting scheme that transitions seamlessly from morning to night.
Underfoot, Cadogan Oak Versailles parquet flooring by Element7 grounds the space with warmth, depth, and natural texture.
