We are used to working to deadlines and recognise the importance of programme management. Dedicated project management ensures a single point of contact and guarantees clarity of communication. However, being conscious of the need to meet deadlines does not mean that we are not adaptable. Project changes are inevitable when dealing with new concepts and any urgent or bespoke requests will be scheduled to run simultaneously with the main programme without impacting on critical dates.
