Relying on small, local suppliers and farmers for the finest ingredients, our head chef Chris Prow carefully crafts the best in British cuisine for our guests to enjoy. We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements or restrictions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via telephone or email. Check back often, as our all day dining menu does change frequently to showcase the freshest and best seasonal produce and newest creations.

Welcome to the Capital Bar. The menu is designed around our two favourites ingredients gin & vermouth. To this end, we have sourced some beautiful artisanal spirits that shine not only together but also apart. Our cocktails are created with a modern nod to the past and a playful wink to the products that inspire us. As a team, we want you to enjoy your time with us.

Our Design
The exquisite interiors incorporate the work of acclaimed names from the world of British design such as Nina Campbell, and David Linley nephew of Her Majesty The Queen. In 2012 the Interior designer Nina Campbell created a sophisticated yet informal restaurant design which we still see today. The huge windows and high ceilings are accentuated by the simplicity of the decor. Natural woods work with shades of teal whilst the elegant place settings on the bare tables hint at the exemplary service and food to come. Soft refurbishments of the townhouse lobby and Capital bar continued since 2012 to show love to our incredible buildings.
