  • EEF Venues invests in delegates’ comfort at Woodland Grange

EEF Venues has invested £300K in refurbishing all 114 bedrooms at its residential conference venue, Woodland Grange in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Working in collaboration with local interior design consultancy, Magna Design in Burbage, and Atherstone-based Whetstone Brothers, contract furniture specialists, EEF Venues has focussed on luxury and comfort for the 24,000 guests who stay at the venue each year.

All of the venues’ 114 beds have been replaced and fitted with new deluxe 1,200 pocket spring mattresses. Stylish mirrors, new lighting and contemporary upholstery reflect the high standards of this award winning venue.

The project was completed in just two weeks, ensuring minimum disruption for guests.

Ian Chaplin, general manager of Woodland Grange, said: “The delegate experience is always a priority for us as our business thrives on its reputation for customer service excellence.

“This latest refurbishment follows on from a considerable investment in our public areas and café last year. Having achieved significant growth in recent years, we view this continuous investment in the venue as part of our strategic development plan. Our goal is to continue to evolve and take advantage of every opportunity to maximise comfort, affordable luxury and value for our business delegates and guests.”

EEF Venues is a group of three conference venues dedicated to meetings, conferences, team building, training and corporate events: Engineers’ House in Bristol; Broadway House in Westminster and Woodland Grange in Warwickshire.  For further information see http://www.eef.org.uk/venues Twitter: @eefvenues
